Mimo's Quest

Oh Mummy - The original game

Oh Mummy was created by a company called Gem Software in 1984. Programmed by Daren White and John Line, it was published by Amsoft, and bundled free with the Amstrad launch pack. Its simple concept and addictive gameplay made it easily accessible for any age group, giving it an enduring appeal that spans generations. But its reliance on the keyboard for menu control has restricted its availability to the classic Amstrad range. By disassembling the original game, I hope to be able to release an updated edition that will work on the GX4000, and bring this classic game to the Plus platform.
